Wasalam The refutation is by a wahabi. I need to check the points. Shaykh Juda'i book is very good on the beard. It essentially shows that there is 0 authentic proof for the beard being wajib a fist length from the texts. He also shows that a claim of ijma on that issue is blatantly false. Let's see if this refutation presents any.

The refutation is by a wahabi. I need to check the points. Your premise seems to be that since he is a Wahhabi, you would have to check his points, but since Juday' is not a Wahhabi, you don't have to check his points! Whatever the case, Juday' appears to hold Taymiyyan/Salafi/Wahhabi beliefs with respect to the Sifat of Allah. Hence, he wrote his lengthy work, al-'Aqidat al-Salafiyya, defending the Salafi view that the speech of Allah that subsists in His eternal Being is in each instance of speech originated ( hadith) - although, taken together, is without beginning - and is punctuated by periods of silence ( sukut). Given his views and how he arrives at them, he doesn't seem so different in his approach to Fiqh from Salafis/Wahhabis either. Would you now have to "check" his points too?

Nope, you assumed wrongly about me, as you have done many times. I just stated he is wahabi, in reply to shaykh Abul Hasan's point that Juda'i is a "salafi". I don't deny Juda'i being wahabi. I'm just stating "It essentially shows that there is 0 authentic proof for the beard being wajib a fist length from the texts. He also shows that a claim of ijma on that issue is blatantly false." In fact Mufti Muhammed ibn Adam al-Kawthari admitted that the Shafi'i school declares trimming the beard less than fist length is makruh. This shows that the claim of ijma is blatantly false. In fact even the claim of ijma on shaving the beard being haram is false (as Juda'i shows and admitted by many Shafi'i scholars e.g. Nawawi). However it is correct that the majority of scholars declare it haram to shave the beard. This is separate to declaring it haram to trim the beard (such that it is less than a fist length).

The shaving or trimming of the beard (when it is less then a fist's length) is a major sin and haram (forbidden).
