The following is a detailed Arabic fatwa and research by Shaykh Fadl al-Rahman al-A'zami (Azaadville, South Africa) regarding the issue of Moonsighting. The fatwa is found in pages 37 to 56 of his al-Maqalat al-A'zamiyya in Arabic which was published in 2006 by Madrasa Da'wat al-Haqq (South Africa) and printed by Zamzam Publishers Karachi.
