Assalaamu alaykum.
It is known that al-Zamakhshari, the author of al-Kashaf, was from the mu'tazilah. Hence, we do not take from his 'aqeedah and are to be wary of such implications in his tafseer.
However, what do the scholars say about his works of fiqh?
I came across a book, which I later realised was by him, titled رؤوس المسائل, a book which succinctly compares the hanafi and shafi'i positions in fiqh. Is this to be avoided?

Wa alaykum salaam,
I have this book, as far as i saw its quite accurate, it even mentioned that the shafis do the dhikr after fard salaah and the hanafis after the sunan rawatib (in case there is one after the fard).
