salaam 'alaykum Mufti Zameel, Just wanted to mention that the website you link to for computing the times, www.muwaqqit.com, mentions that subh saadiq occurs at 18 degrees? Also, are the opinions expressed in your article in contradiction to those expressed by the wifaqul ulema website, as I have been following their stance since I became aware of the issue? I think the best advice/fatwa I have seen regarding this is to begin fasting at 18 degrees and pray fajr at 15 degrees, which removes any doubts. Wa Allahu 'Alam.
