THE STANCE OF RASULULLAH (SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM) TOWARDS PANDEMICS Picture the following scene that occurred during the time of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam): An epidemic (Wabaa’) is raging in Madinah. The Masjid, as usual, is filled with the Sahabah (radhiyallahu anhum) praying Salaat – both the Ansaar (natives to Madinah) and the Muhajiroon (emigrants of Makkah). With barely an exception, all of them carry intense fevers and are virtually incapacitated by the epidemic. Such is their weakness and exhaustion from the disease that they are all constrained to pray their Salaat sitting down. Furthermore, they are in the Masjid praying extra Nawaafil – optional, supererogatory prayers which could be prayed in the comfort of their own homes. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) enters the mosque and observes the scene. Perhaps a hint of disapproval appears on his blessed face. The spectacle of a mosque filled with virtually incapacitated Musallis having to pray their Nawaafil sitting down as a result of contracting a fast-spreading disease, prompts Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to deliver some Naseehat – a Naseehat (advice) which is ultimately derived from Wahy (revelation) from the Khaaliq (the Creator), for as the Qur’an explicitly states: “He does not speak except from revealed Wahy.” Thus, this scenario, just like every other scenario enacted by Allah Ta’ala for His Rasool, is in reality a blueprint divinely ordained by Allah Ta’ala for the entire Ummah to imitate till the very last Hour. The perfect guidance and unambiguous message Allah Ta’ala issues here at this critical juncture through His Rasool (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) will ultimately shape and determine the conduct and attitude of the Ummah during epidemics and plagues for the next 1400 years, and for as long as there exists even a single person from the gradually dwindling group of believers (ghurabaa) who, according to authentic Hadith, will continue to adhere to the original and untampered Deen of Allah during the final era of mankind’s existence on Earth. So does Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) issue orders for the diseased to immediately vacate the premises and retreat into solitary confinement in their homes? Does he accuse them of unnecessarily bringing danger to others? Does Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) scold the few healthy individuals, saying that they are also unnecessarily bringing risk to themselves and to others by potentially contracting a clearly debilitating disease and taking the disease into their own homes where it could prove fatal for their weaker family members? Does Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) issue instructions for quarantine procedures or a full lockdown of the entire society? Does Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) suspend the daily congregational prayers and the Jumuah prayers? Continued in link: reliablefatwas.com/2020/03/29/the-pandemic-of-the-year-449-hijri/

The Meaning of Beautiful Character
The following is a short excerpt from Imam Bayhaqi's explanation of what "beautiful character" entails: "...And in respect to dealings with people, he is generously tolerant over his rights, never seeking by it, more than it, and he discharges to others those (rights) which are obligatory upon him.
Thus, if he is ill but he is not visited, or he embarks upon a journey but he is not seen off, or he greets (someone) but it is not returned to him, or he is a guest but he is not treated honourably, or he makes a plea but it is not granted, or he does someone a good turn but he is not thanked, or he enters a group of people but no space is afforded to him, or he speaks but he is not granted an ear, or he seeks permission to enter a friend’s (house) but he is not granted permission, or he proposes (to a woman for marriage) but he is not married, or he seeks extra time for an outstanding debt but he is not granted extra time, or he requests a reduction (of the debt) but it is not reduced, and whatever else similar to these, then he does not get angry, nor does he retaliate, nor does his state change for the worse, nor does he conceive in his mind that he had been subjected to harshness or oppression and that he would counter all of these (examples), if he is able to, with the like of it. Rather, he resolves in his heart not to regard any of these as anything (significant), and he counters all of these with what is more beautiful and virtuous, closer to piety and Taqwa (cognizance of Allah), and more in line with what is praised and pleasing."

FEAR ONLY YOUR SINS Ali (radhiyallahu anhu) said: “Words (of advice), if you were to ride the camel for them, you would tire it out before you reach the like of them: * The servant should have hope in none except his Lord. * He should fear nothing except his sins. * The one who does not know should not be shy to learn. * The Aalim should not be shy in saying, “Allah knows best”, when he is asked about what he does not know. * And know that the position of Sabr (patience and perseverance) in respect to Imaan (faith) is like the position of the head in respect to the body. Thus, when the head goes the body goes, and (in the same way) when Sabr goes, Imaan goes.” (Musannaf of Abu Shaybah)

Toleration of Personal Abuse Toleration of personal abuse was the Sunnah (blessed way) of all the Prophets (alayhis salaam). Their anger was only reserved for the sake of Allah and His Deen. In contrast, today, amongst even the (so-called) pious, anger is usually reserved only for personal inconveniences, whilst even the greatest of transgressions of the Shariah fail to trigger the slightest of reactions. Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal has recorded the following narration in his Musnad, with an authentic chain: A man from amongst the Ansar uttered some words of grave impropriety regarding the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). My soul would not allow me to rest until I reported this to the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). (In other books of Hadith, it is mentioned that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) became visibly aggrieved and his blessed face became red. Ibn Mas’ood continues:)I dearly wished I could be ransomed from it (the abominable statement and reporting it) with all the people and wealth.Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) responded:‘If I am hurt, then indeed Musa (alayhi salaam) was harmed with worse than this and he remained patient.’Then Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentioned a Prophet whose people belied him, and they wounded him (by beating him up and bashing his face) when he came to them with the command of Allah. He said, while wiping the blood off his face:“O Allah! Forgive my people, for they do not know.”Source: www.reliablefatwas.com

With the sudden increase in the number of people in the UK, and also in other parts of the world, expressing empathy with, and even praising the Chinese authorities for their internment and "Islamophobic" oppression of millions of Chinese Muslims, it is worth bearing in mind the Sunnah of Allah regarding the calamities that befall us.
The Qur’aan Majeed states explicitly:
"And whatever strikes you of disaster (e.g. "islamophobic" oppression, internment camps, lynch mobs, genocide etc.) – it is due to what YOUR own hands have earned (i.e. misdeeds); although He overlooks much." (42:30)
The early Muhaddith and contemporary of Imam Bukhari, Ibn Abi Haatim, relates the following Hadith regarding this Divine Rule stated in the aforementioned verse:
"When it was revealed, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
"By the one in whose Hands is the soul of Muhammad, there is no scratch from a twig, nor palpitation of a vein, nor a slip of the feet, except (that it occurs) due to a sin. And what Allah overlooks is more."
Amongst the vilest examples of misdeeds which has become prevalent today is the Halaalization (treating as Halaal) of what used to be widely regarded as the worst of sins. A few (out of many) examples include the widespread Halaalization of pictures of animate objects which according to authentic Hadith is amongst the very worst of sins, eating during a fasting day of Ramadhan (based on the so-called "Aadil" and glaringly invalid moon-sighting testimony, governed and controlled absolutely by one of the most evil regimes, of a completely non-existent moon), the gravity of which can be understood by the fact that the compensation of an intentionally missed fast is 60 consecutive days of fasting, and the now widespread practice of scholars doing away completely with the laws of segregation while attending weddings, events, and the like, with even senior Muftis shamelessly conducting television interviews face to face with young attractive females, against a backdrop of deafening and satanic silence adopted by those who are meant to be at the forefront of condemning evil and issuing guidance and clarification to the masses.
The calamities that descend due to our misdeeds is in proportion to the gravity of the misdeed - the greater the sin, the greater the calamity. The ploy (trick) of hiding behind scholars who Halaalize doubtful and prohibited matters, does not work against this Divine Rule of calamities which often descend in the form of disease (mental and physical), family turmoil, accidents, and countless other forms.
Condemning the Muslims of Bani Israaeel of doing Haraam Taqleed of their Ruhbaan and Ahbaar (senior Muftis and Shaykhs), Allah Ta'ala states:
"They take their Ahbaar and their Ruhbaan as Gods besides Allah."
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) clarified that "taking Gods besides Allah", was in reference to the masses treating as Haraam and Halaal what their Ahbaar and Ruhbaan made Haraam and Halaal for them.
Allah's declaration that calamities are a consequence of our sins is a recurring one in the Qur'an.
Allah Ta'ala states in Surah ar-Room:
“Fasaad (anarchy/strife/killing) has appeared on the land and the ocean on account of the (misdeeds) perpetrated by the hands of the people, so that He (Allah) gives them to taste (the consequences) of some of their perpetrations (e.g. Halaalization), for perhaps they will return (to the Path of Rectitude).”
The reference is to the lesser punishment which in terms of the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal precedes the greater Athaab which obliterates the villainous, unrepentant scum.
Says the Qur’aan Majeed:
“Most assuredly, We shall (first) cause them to taste of the lesser punishment, not the greater punishment, for perhaps they may (heed) and return (to the Path of Rectitude).”
When the vile misdeeds become widespread and met with silence even amongst the supposedly pious, then even those who did not transgress directly but failed to speak out against the vile misdeeds will be enveloped by the Universal Punishment that usually develops incrementally and in stages, often culminating, at its peak, in the form of barbaric and sadistic hordes of Kuffaar rampaging and pillaging ravenously and salivatingly through Muslim neighbourhoods, as has occurred countless times in history, and is currently being enacted in Burma, India, China, and many other countries:
“Beware of such a (universal) punishment which will not be restricted to only the transgressors.”
According to the Sunnah of Allah, He will not change our condition until we change what is within ourselves.

Ibn Abi Haatim narrates in his Tafseer of the verse:
“And whatever strikes you of calamities – it is due to what YOUR own hands have earned (i.e. misdeeds); although He overlooks much.” (42:30)
"When it was revealed, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
"By the one in whose Hands is the soul of Muhammad, there is no scratch from a twig, nor palpitation of a vein, nor a slip of the feet, except (that it occurs) due to a sin. And what Allah overlooks is more."
It needs to be noted that what Allah overlooks pertains to the private sins of a servant which do not affect others. If Allah wills, He may punish. If He wishes, He may pardon.
However, in relation to a sin which infringes on the rights of others, such as a reckless utterance which amounts to slander, or one that is responsible for the misguidance of others, the Sunnah of Allah is that the servant is required to make adequate amends before the calamity that descended as a result is averted. Even the silent bystanders of such a crime can be regarded as complicit and be justly liable for affliction of worldly calamities.
In the Tafseer of at-Tabari, it is related that Ibn Abbas (radhiyallahu anhu) said regarding this "lesser punishment":
"The calamities of this Dunya, its diseases (both mental and physical), and its misfortunes (of all forms) with which Allah afflicts his servants UNTIL they repent."
It behoves a servant suffering from disease, tragedies, pain, and the like, to sincerely search within himself, introspect deeply, and seek to make amends immediately, especially for those sins for which he has thus far obstinately refused to acknowledge as sins, before his pain and suffering is multiplied manifold with the arrival of the Greater Torment:
"And verily, We will make them taste of the near lighter punishment prior to the Greater Torment." (32:21)

CALAMITIES, DISASTERS, DIFFICULTIES, TRIALS, ETC. Allah Ta'ala declares: " And whatever strikes you of calamities – it is due to what YOUR own hands have earned (i.e. misdeeds); although He overlooks much." (42:30)" And verily, We will make them taste of the near lighter torment prior to the greater torment (32:21)In the Tafseer of Ibn Katheer it is related that Hadhrat Ibn Abbas (radhiyallahu anhu) said regarding the aforementioned verse: " The near torment means diseases and problems in this world, and the things that happen to its people as a test from Allah to His servants so that they will repent to Him."These verses are general and apply to everyone, except the sinless (and virtually sinless) such as the Prophets (alayhis salaam). The trials and tribulations of Prophets, rather than cleansing their non-existent sins, serve instead to raise their ranks and also as an inspiration for their Ummah and future nations. As for the rest of us who are sinful (i.e. virtually everyone), we should reflect on the verses above, introspect, do Tawbah, and resolve sincerely to abstain from the sins which have caused trials and calamities to descend upon us. Allah’s Punishment is commensurate with the crime. The worse the crime, the greater the calamity. Remember! Far far worse than sins are justification (Halaalization) of those sins, and even worse than justification of those sins is propagating your justification by which the doors are opened for others to also soothe their consciences while sinning. The trick of hiding behind scholars who legalize (Halaalize) doubtful matters does not work with this Divine Rule of calamities. Humble yourself, repent and turn to Allah wholeheartedly, make proper amends (e.g. Rujoo'), adopt Taqwa (fear of Allah which leads one to abstain from all Haraam and doubtful matters), and you will experience first-hand the Help of Allah and Deliverance from Calamities as guaranteed by Allah Ta’ala: “ Whosoever adopts Taqwa of Allah, He will make a way out for him (from difficulties), and He (Allah) will provide for him from places he (the afflicted person) could never have imagined.” (65:3)

The Forbearance and Tolerance of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) In producing the narration below, several books have been cited since each one seems to contain a small detail or two not found in the other books: “ Verily, when Allah Ta’ala willed for the guidance of Zayd ibn Sa’nah, he said: “There was not a sign of Prophethood but that I had recognised it in the face of Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) when I looked at him, except two which I had not (yet) experienced from him: His forbearance overcomes his anger (lit: an act of ignorance), and a severe act of ignorance (against him), does not increase him except in forbearance. (Al-Aahaad wa l-Mathaani of Ibn Abi Aasim) Ibn Sa’d narrates that Zayd said: “ No description of Muhammad in the Torah remained but that I had seen it (in him), except forbearance…” (Tabaqat Ibn Sa’d)

"NO ONE HEARS US" TORTURE OF SYRIAN WOMEN
BECAUSE ALLAH HAS WITHHELD HIS AID Excerpts from the book named as the title above: "To understand the horrors which these unfortunate Sisters in Syria are suffering as well as in other countries such as Burma where the Buddhist mushrikeen swines are perpetrating similar atrocities on the Rohingya Muslims, and also in Varkland (Pigland), i.e. China, it is imperative to accept with the heart, not only verbally, that Allah Azza Wa Jal is in control of every atom which oscillates at his command. Stating the total control of Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Qur’aan Majeed says:
“By Him are the keys of the Ghaib (i.e. everything unseen and unknown to us). He knows what is in the earth and in the ocean. Not a leaf drops (from a tree) but He is aware. There is not a seed under the darkness of the earth, nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.” (Al-An’aam, Aayat 59)
“Regardless of whatever condition you may be in and whatever you recite from the Qur’aan and whatever deed you are doing, We are observing over you when you begin that deed. And, nothing from the finest particle is hidden from your Rabb, be it in the earth or in the sky, nor anything smaller than it or bigger, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.” (Yoonus, Aayat 61)
It is integral to our Imaan that we believe that Allah Azza Wa Jal decrees and controls every atom. Nothing is able to operate without His direct intervention and command. Whatever is happening to the Ummah all over the world and whatever misery and hardship Muslims are suffering are fully within the Knowledge of Allah Azza Wa Jal, and are being enacted by His decree. If Allah Ta’ala had willed that these kuffaar be under Islamic domination, nothing would have been able to prevent it.
If Allah Ta’ala had desired safety and honour for Muslims, the world full of kuffaar with all the nuclear arsenals would not have been able to bring the Ummah into the humiliation and misery which are today our lot. If Allah Ta’ala had not willed the elimination of the Islamic Khilaafate with its might and power as had existed during the era of the Khulafa-e-Raashideen, the kuffaar would never have been able to achieve what they have achieved. They have brought all the lands of Islam under the yoke of their domination and they have enslaved the entire Ummah because Allah Azza Wa Jal had allowed them. Allah Azza Wa Jal had granted them the power to implement their aggression and brutality on Muslims.
Allah Ta’ala has not become impotent – Nauthubillaah! Rather, He has ordained humiliation and punishment for this Ummah due to the abject evil and villainy of Muslims. Since Muslims have abandoned Islam thereby treacherously violating their pledge of obedience, Allah Ta’ala changed our condition of power and honour, and assigned us into the slavery of the kuffaar. It is Allah’s Punishment which we are observing in the atrocities committed by the kuffaar.
Regarding the consequence of our changed condition, the Qur’aan Majeed spells out the Divine Principle:
“This (i.e. Divine Punishment) is because, verily, Allah does not change (i.e. snatch away/eliminate) the Favour which He has bestowed to a people as long as they do not change that which is with themselves. Verily, Allah is The Hearer, The One Who is Aware.” (Aayat 53, Al-Anfaal)
The Bounties of power and prosperity on earth are granted to a nation by Allah Ta’ala, and these bounties are not unjustly eliminated. When the people resort to gross and flagrant vice, transgression and rebellion against Allah Ta’ala, He then eliminates His bounties and afflicts the zaalimeen with Punishment either in the form of natural disasters, pestilences or kuffaar domination. The perpetuation of the prosperous state granted by Allah Ta’ala is reliant on enduring Taqwa based on the Sunnah...
The conflagration of the massive heart-rending upheavals which have befallen the Ummah, and which are incrementally descending on Muslims in Syria, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kashmir, Palestine, etc., are well-deserved and befitting Divine Punishment for this rotten people who hypocritically proclaim themselves Muslims when in fact they are enemies of Islam. Muslims nowadays come within the purview of the Hadith narrated by Hadhrat Abdullah Bin Amr (Radhiyallahu anhu):
“An age will dawn when the people (the so-called Muslims) will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one of them will be a Mu’min.”
Therefore, before any one attempts to question this reality, he should reflect on the Qur’aanic Aayaat which clearly declares that the disgrace and misery on Muslims are the enactments of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is nothing but Athaab. While the misery of the suffering Muslims all over the world pains and grieves us, the reality cannot be denied. It must be accepted that they are within the grasp of Allah’s La’nat and Athaab.
The horror of the brutality which the atheist swines are committing on our Sisters in Syria, and which are described in this book by non-Muslim investigators, are being allowed by Allah Ta’ala. He is not apprehending the vermin. He is not sending His aid to succour the suffering Sisters – to save them from the unimaginable atrocities perpetrated on them by specimens of humanity who put the beasts and the shayaateen to shame. On the contrary, Allah Ta’ala is allowing it.
In particular, these Muslim Sisters and Muslims in general, should reflect on the lifestyle of Muslim women prior to these atrocities. How did they conduct themselves? Muslim women in other communities should heed the suffering of the Syrian Muslim women. They should look at the immoral life, at their lewdness and at their gross treachery against Islam. Then they should understand that the misery which is destroying the Muslim women today in Syria, will overtake them too as sure as night follows day.
The modernist Muslim females in our country and in all other Muslim countries will suffer the same fate as our Syrian Muslim Sisters. The Punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal is commensurate to the crime. Women who put their honour and haya up for ‘sale’ in public places and functions must expect to be dealt with in the horrendous manner described in this book. Allah Azza Wa Jal will permit it. His protection will not be there to save these lewd women (lewd according to criteria of the Shariah).
There is much for Muslims to reflect on. The brutality described in this book is the consequence of deeds which have invited the Wrath and Curse of Allah Azza Wa Jal. May Allah Ta’ala guide and save this Ummah.
“O our Rabb! Do not impose on us that for which we have no strength. Overlook for us (our sins). Forgive us. Have Mercy on us. (Only) You are our Friend, therefore Help us over the nation of *no takfeer*een.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 286)

HOLOCAUST HEADING FOR 40 MILLION MUSLIMS TRAPPED AND STRANDED IN EUROPE The early signs have been building up for a while now. An article from Reuters: U.N. genocide expert says Europe's far right recalls rise of Nazis GENEVA (Reuters) - The U.N. special adviser on the prevention of genocide said on Wednesday a new class of nationalist, far-right leaders in Europe was redolent of the 1930s when the Nazis rose to power. Adama Dieng urged Europe's centre-left to do more to oppose a resurgence of xenophobia, alluding to a spreading backlash over an influx of migrants since 2015 that propelled far-right populists into national parliaments across Europe. "We cannot allow human beings to be treated the way they are being treated. The signs of the '30s are resurfacing," Dieng, a Senegalese lawyer, told a media briefing in Geneva. Dieng also took issue with critical remarks about Muslim burqas made last August by former British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson, saying the comments had been taken seriously by extremists who assaulted British Muslim women. "This shows exactly how dangerous it is when someone who is in a position of leadership, who can influence, is using a discourse which can impact terribly on the lives, the security and the safety of human beings.”
